Food was good, very good. Service was slow, had to ask for things a second time, some people were skipped when ordering dessert, waiter was overwhelmed with our party of 12. Each error was corrected but the waiter kept saying "Sorry about that, ma'am", "Sorry for the long wait, ma'am", "Sorry for the mistake, ma'am". We got to the restaurant on time for our 5:00 reservation & left at 9:00!! A few minutes before dinner & a few minutes after were used mingling & saying goodbye but the rest was lag time between courses & before food was ready.

Good food, poor logistics. When I travel for work to Martinsburg WV, I like to eat here. The food, the sauces an in general the pasta is great. They try to be nice and provide good service but I think they need an experienced person to coordinate the service. Some times they forget to serve the salad or the bread or drinks. They bring things that were ordered by other tables or the wrong dish. They also need to upgrade the cutlery, good food with cheap forks and knives really don't fit. They need to clean better and fixed the toilet paper hardware in the restrooms I will keep eating in this place because the food is really good, but they really need to improve all other aspects of the business

I LOVE everything about La Trattoria! Atmosphere, food, superb quality everything! The family is just superb and I will be visiting again!
