Although I enjoyed my experience, some things could have been better. Like many, I wasn't informed of there being another lot with more cars to choose from than the cars that were on their lot at the time. I was made to feel that I HAD to get what was there at that moment. TJ is an awesome salesman, but I felt like options weren't given.

They have not once responded back to my request I have been paying my car note two year straight, I paid for extra insurance to cover all issues. I was told I over a month ago my car will be fix I was transferred to another department and they stated it's over the Miles required but my coverage don't expire to 2024. This is shameful and so unprofessional it's 9000 to get this car fix and they still asking for payments. It's sad and they really do need to go out of business

I wanna Thank the staff at us auto sales. When no one else would approve me I was able to to get the car that I said I wanted. So thank you Us Auto Sales of Augusta Ga.My Review for you guys was real but as of today its not my car is down I have been trying to get in touch with the service department with no luck on hold for hours with no answer my car has no power to it at all.. the alternator is good battery is good starter is good so I would like for something to be done
