Not good. Purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator in October of 2022. Within a month the alarms on refrigerator were going off, & freezer doesnt work. Today is March of 2023 & refrigerator & freezer still does not work. We have gone through Frigidaire & Bot Appliances & no one can get it to work nor will they stand behind it. Needless to say in November of 2022 we had to purchase another refrigerator from else where & it does work. My personal experience-dont buy from Bot Appliances if youre in need of appliances.
After much hounding on our end- at the end of the day, Terry refunded our money. Your choice if you want to buy appliances from him

My bother and wife bought new appliances from Bots and I would tell any who buys from them is buyer beware as there service is really bad
