Four days after closing on a townhouse, AC stopped working. We discovered Adam with AccuTemp Heating-Cooling, Inc. working next door and asked if he could come over. Adam was friendly, helpful, provided pricing upfront, and was able to get the AC working again within 20 minutes. And offered reasonable pricing even though it was a Sunday evening!

92 humid, Georgia, degrees and your AC brakes. Who should you call? AccuTemp. They came the next day and fixed our AC! We’ve used them a few times before for yearly servicing and every one of their techs have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. Strongly recommend!!!!

I had a disappointing experience with AccuTemp. The technician came to my home and quickly diagnosed a problem with my fan (faulty capacitor). He then replaced the capacitor without ever quoting me the cost of the part. I later got an invoice of $190 for a capacitor that costs no more than $15 online. This $190 does not include the additional fee for his service call. In hindsight, I should have interrupted him mid-repair and requested a quote on the part he was replacing. So it's a lesson learned for me, though if I need HVAC support in the future, I'll probably roll the dice on a different company instead of going back to AccuTemp.
