Complains about lack of workers but doesn't pay enough to live in the county or any county around it. Make it make sense.

Cobb county government is a failure in many levels. Look at the Google reviews for ANY department in the county and you'll see. Police, water, etc. The only group that should get a positive mention are the firefighters and emt's. But if Cobb County did their jobs we wouldn't need these heros so often.

Shame on Cobb County for all of the evictions they have placed on tenets after ball park stadium was built!!! no laws are infrastructure to stop properties from increasing credit requirements, and raising rent prices without providing assistance for those in need! Gentrification at its finest.. its mainly the minorities in people of color suffering, the most.

Inability to retain employees leaves an unfair heavy workload on the remaining workers. I like my job but I want to quit. I understand if you dont have sympathy for my situation but they are going to start outsourcing your government if things dont change.

Citizen K, it may be because people don't realize they can do a review on government. I like living in Cobb, but I don't like how HR played games with me when I applied for a job. Tell the truth instead of immaturely acting like the phone disconnected repeatedly. You probably did me a favor. It's probably still a "who you know" employer with a set percentage of types employed there. I need freedom and flexibility anyway, not an old-fashioned ball and chain.
