Ive been to this place a few times before and the last 2 times have been very disappointing. Pedicures are rushed (even when you get the $44 pedicure) and they always try to upsell you on things you dont need. They tried to get me to get gel polish and their reason for it was because regular polish makes your toenails yellow when you take it off that makes no sense. On top of that I have been cut every time I get a pedicure Only reason for the 2 stars is because the receptionist is always nice and the wait time is minimal.

Well, usually I have a good experience but this time, OMG! I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. All of the staff were super nice and accommodating but the lady that did the pedicure, had me bleeding!! She wasn't purposely being rough and I tried to tell her but there was a language barrier. The service was 2 days ago and my feet are still aching! Yes, I will go back but I will ask for someone TOTALLY different next time!

Pedicure nail tech took advantage of a teenager!!! My teen is new to getting a pedicure on a regular basis. She scammed us. Warning please watch your teen or child when receiveing service because they can be tricked into accepting more services!!! I never had problems until yesterday, 4/5/24. Yesterday, I paid for my daughters to receive services at this salon. My oldest daughter got a pedicure. My oldest child and I agreed for her to have a $44 pedicare. I told the nail tech and pointed to the $44 service she wanted and What I willing to pay. I sat upfront, waited for my daughters' services to be completed, and watching in case I was needed. There is no seating close to the pedicure section. My oldest daughter service was completed and she told me her fee was $60. I was shocked. Then, the pedicure tech came up to me ( I was seated by my youngest who was getting her fingernails done) and stated the fee is $60 because my daughter agreed to add an extra service. The pedicure nail tech could have asked permission. I was a short distance. The pedicure nail tech could have walk to me or she could have asked my daughter to call me for permission. We were manipulated into paying more for the nail tech quota. Then at the cash register, she made a scene about putting in my phone number so I can get 20% off after so many visits. After paying $60, she wanted a tip. Due to our experience, my daughters and I will never get a pedicure at this salon. Now, I'm considering not returning to get our finger nails done. I gave this place 3 stars because their are good, honest, and professional nail tech at this salon. But, there are also selfish, rude, and unprofessional nail tech that work there, too

Ever since Lucky Nails went under new management, Ive been coming to Parisian. Im very happy. I get SNS nails and I feel like they do a nice job. Ive seen several different technicians and most all have been wonderful. The first time I went an older gentleman did my nails and tore up my cuticles with the electric filer/sander. They were all scabbed over for weeks. I gave the place another shot since I have a lot of friends who come here and everyone else has been wonderful! They have a million color choices and my nails always look amazing! Ive been seeing Amy for the past few months and I love her. Havent had a pedi yet, but I will soon with sandal weather upon us. The facilities are very nice and clean, staff is friendly, and they are pretty quick. Offer drinks too, which is a nice touch.

2/5 - Manager was nice but the nail tech I had today is the worst. My biggest mistake was failing to get her name as I left. I feel bad for any customers who get the woman with the poorly micro-bladed eyebrows. My experience at Parisian Nail Salon left much to be desired. The technician not only pinched my toes with her fingernails but also arbitrarily changed my nail color (it wasnt close), and missed the mark on the simple nail design I had shown her. I tried to communicate with her with the picture I had and she waved me off like she knew what I was asking for. Looking back, I should have been more vocal from the get go, but was concerned the service would only get worse. Looking back, Im not sure if that would be possible. Upon trying to pay, she aggressively suggested a tip and wanted to fix the errors, though I simply wanted to leave. This nail tech seemed to prioritize upselling over genuine customer care. Despite the manager waiving my fee to retain my patronage, I dont think Ill be back. As I was leaving, the technician's snarky "thank you" was just the cherry on top of a poor experience. A focus on providing quality service from the start would be more appreciated. It's time for me to find a new nail salon. Edit: The last photo was the one I showed the nail tech and requested.
