Watch out and BEWARE!  Bill will sell your reservation to the highest bidder.  You may think you have your limo transportation all lined up for your important event and then someone will offer Bill a better price for the same service and then Bill will call you and tell you that he accidently forgot that he already booked your limo for someone else...then just go ahead and try to get your deposit refunded in a timely manner...

Horrible service!! Me and my husband travel about 4 to 5 times a year or more depending on my work and since moving to atlanta i learned that is better to get a car service vrs. A taxi. I found this company online and decided to give it a try and the service was ok. The driver arrived on time to pick us up to go to the airport and was about 10 min late for the ride back so o decided to give them another try...... worst mistake ever!!! Our flight was early and we waited for 1hour!!!! I called multiple times and they never answered. When i gave up the owner Brian called me back and basically blamed me for calling so many times for not knowing why the car had not arrived since i had tied up the phone lines fpr calling ao many tomes... WTF!!!. I told him that if it was going to be longer i would need a refund and i would take a taxi and he HUNG UP!!!!!! I called back cause i was not finished talking and he basically blamed me het again because it was the flight that arrived early it was not that they were late.... WHAT?!?!?! Since the driver was already close and service paid we took tge ride but told the owner that i would never be using the service again... he said "whatever" and hung up yet again. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

From the initial phone call I was impressed. I called to set up a company account for travel to and from the airport. My company travels a lot and we needed a reliable car service. For the short of the long: the driver was on time for the pick up however, he was very unkempt, under groomed and talked a lot. He actually gave one of the employees 'the creepy'. The request was made to have the driver pick up inside the airport. This happened 0 out of 4 times we used the company. We laid off using the service for about 3-4 weeks and at that point, the owner Brian Centers became quite eager to talk to me. He called and left multiple messages for me, called the business and called 2 other employees. I called him back (same day) and Mr. Centers was extremely abrasive and rude with me. The conversation did not end well. He then called me back a few weeks later to apologize and ask what he can do to win back our business. I then informed that in light of the most recent conversation with him, we would be taking our business elsewhere. He then laughed at me, said 'whatever' and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I wish to express my complete dissatisfaction and utter dismay at this company's lack of service and discourage anyone from dealing with them or using them. Last night I spoke on the phone several times to a manager there due to the fact that he hung up on our hostess twice. He accused us of merely wanting as much "free" stuff as we could get.  Nevermind the fact that your driver was TWENTY minutes late picking our party up. Then that the limo broke down not even 2 miles into the trip and we remained on the side of the road for approximately 2 hours. All the "manager" was willing to offer was to reimburse us for a taxi ride to the restaurant...one that we were going to have to put $110 up front for with no return trip home unless we were willing to pay 1/2. This is unacceptable for so many reasons it is unbelievable. The advertisement on their website state that they offer "Exceptional, reliable service while EXCEEDING expectations". However, they were unwilling to exceed our expectations by not even offering a ride home in another limo for free to compensate for our inconvenience. This company ruined what was to be an amazing night out with friends for a 30th birthday party.
