    Terrible management. Incompetent maintenance staff. When I moved in nearly 3 months ago, I discovered water damage. They have fixed the walls after two months, but Im still waiting for them to fix my second bathroom. They dont seem to care about their renters. They also dont want to even touch the HVAC even though its full of mold, and needs to be re-aligned and fit properly onto the ducts. Its basically blowing air back into itself. Dont come live here. UPDATE: I have realized that I was very harsh towards them in my review. I have noticed they have made some good changes and I only realized months later that they had very good reasons why my issues werent addressed. So I APOLOGIZE FOR BEING SO HARSH. Im sorry. Its deeply profound to realize that there are always two sides to the same coin. I have changed my rating. I also love this place! Although they do have some serious maintenance incompetence or issues. The view of the city from the viewing area is phenomenal!!! New Years fireworks were great to watch!
