Esmeralda tried to accuse me of something that they had no proof of as well as charge me a tampering fee with their unit put Esmeralda in her place. Best thing is is shes not a manager shes a team lead this place is absolutely despicable. Do not let your water get shut off they dont care about you all they care about is hanging up on you when you have something to say, as well as provide a lot of incorrect information as well as potential lawsuit for negligence.

Biggest scam. I pray the city finds another way because 100 minimum that was explained to me is ridiculous!!! So if you have a 30.00 bill you pay 130 so the employees can get paid. Smh!!

Horrible company. I lived in Maricopa for 8 years and between high rates and often dirty water I was extremely disappointed. I will say the quality of water did improve over the past 3 years but primarily I think that was due to the huge number of complaints and social media blasting the town was doing towards GW. My biggest complaint is that the day you turn off service they kick you out of the portal with no ability to pay your final bill. They make it extremely difficult and you are ultimately required to give your banking information verbally over the phone. They state this is because it is a utility company and they have to turn the portal over to the new home owner. However, in my experience this is not how other utility company's work. I have been able to log in and make a payment it just showed my service was turned off already. They need to have a better system in place for customers.
