        Everyone at NW has been so helpful & friendly. The nurses & care team were very attentive to my father including Sara, Viona, Maude, Beno, Angel, and Jen all on the 2nd floor. And the room was kept neat & tidy by housekeeping, especially Vida. Thank you all!

        I had my second spinal cord surgery 3 was ago here at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, and both times I was so impressed and happy with the wonderful care and attention that I received! The nurses and all staff members were all very nice, amiable, and professional. Dr. Malloy is the "best"!! His constant smile and positivity is very ensuring and comforting! Ruthie also is the same way, smiling, encouraging, informative of the total process!! Even Natalie always answered my questions. Thank you so very much to Northwest Hospital and everyone on Doc Malloy's team. God bless you all!! PS...the food was always very good!!
