Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling is the only company we will ever use for our AC needs! They are always responsive, prompt and professional. Chris Hubbard and his team were incredibly helpful and worked so hard to get our unit installed in a timely manner during an extremely hot day! We are so grateful and we love our new unit!! My Wife and I had to get a new air conditioning unit. Chris from Picture Rocks came out immediately and ran his tests and although we needed a complete replacement of our unit, it was actually a good experience. It was hot for a few days but, it could have been much worse had we not used Picture Rocks. They were extremely professional and on time. Chris and his crew walked us through what they were going to do, what it was we were really getting with the unit, and took the time to explain all the features. We could not even tell they were there because they cleaned up so good when they finished. I would highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone needing any of the services they provide.
