I have worked with Debbie from Spa Hearth and Home for well over 20 years on various outdoor furniture purchases as well as gas fireplace logs. The outdoor furniture still looks like new after all these years. Love the fact that they deliver to the Jersey shore.

I purchased a hot tub from this store several years ago. The initial start up was bad as they neglected to change it from display to actual use mode. Once this was corrected I had little interaction until my hot tub started having issues. When I called for service I was given a price and told if I didnt lake it I could go somewhere else. Had I known the customer service was this poor, I would have gone somewhere else to purchase the hot tub. In response to the store response: I dont appreciate the insinuation that I am not telling the truth. You may want to start recording your calls. Thats exactly what I was told on 10/18/2023 @ 3:20 PM. With regards to the factory settings it should have been changed prior to delivery.

Ordered a spa 2 yrs ago. Great purchase. I used the electrician they recommended and everything came out well. If you need to call them they always answer and are polite and helpful. Would recommend.

Really good at selling hot tubs. Fast friendly service with knowledgeable salespeople and great pricing. The physical delivery was satisfactory with the hot tub, arriving in good condition, and then taking care, not disrupt any of my landscaping in the process . HoweverDespite us purchasing the same hot tub that we had previously and the electric already being there, they would not hook it up. Moreover, the delivery people did not have any knowledge of the hot tub or how to use it. They were also unable to explain what the default settings currently were upon delivery. The delivery people handed me a user manual and said everything I need to know is in there :( Less than six months after getting the hot tub the hot tub cover flew off in a high wind and broke the plastic locks that came with the hot tub. Upon calling the store to tell them of this incident they would not replace the locks saying instead that I had to purchase them for $25 :( I will also point out that an email sent to my sales person asking about the locks was not answered nor was the voicemail I left in the general mailbox.
