My husband and I truly enjoyed the time we spent with Brandon to design our forever home and outbuildings. His attention to detail was second to none and he made so many helpful suggestions we hadn't thought of. He was always very patient with us and extremely responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We can't wait for the build to be completed so we can enjoy the fruit of Brandon's labor. We could not be happier working with Brandon for the design of our new home. He was excellent and very attentive to our ideas and putting it all together getting us the home we love. We have been in our home for approximately nine months and keep commenting to one another about how comfortable we feel in it. When family and friends visit we hear words like simple, elegant, cozy, modern to describe our home. That is exactly the feel we were hoping for and Brandon made it happen. Brandon (KC Custom Home Design) was always very pleasurable to work with during the design of our new residence on Maple Lake. From the first time Lynn and I met with Brandon to provide him with our general concept of our new construction, through the suggested changes and the final design Brandon was always open minded and very accommodating to our design changes. I would not hesitate use Brandon again in the future.

I've never sent a "thank you note" with a bill payment but Brandon's work was worth every penny! He tirelessly edited (and edited, and edited..) our plans making sure that our imaginations were in check with reality and building codes. Can't wait to watch his paper designs turn into our home!

KC Custom Home Design performed all of our drafting and design tasks for our salon & spa. They were able to work in a timely manner, and have an attention to detail based off state board requirements. Using KC Home Design was a wise choice considering it dramatically reduced building time, and our contractor was very impressed with the attention to detail.
