Accurate Landscaping

Horrible service. I paid him half the money and only completed 1/3 of work. We are stuck with the incomplete patio and incorrect plants for flower beds that he promised to replace and never did. He doesn’t keep his word and will have multiple excuses as to why he has not been able to make it. He has used his health issues including COVID. Please don’t trust this man even if you feel like he’s honest. He’s not at all honest and won’t keep his word to finish any jobs. I have learned my lesson.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Mike Frazier Accurate Landscaping. He is nice and personable up front, but didn't fix our problem (didn't even take the time to find the problem). After we had paid him in full for the work he had done and we still had the same problem, we continually tried to contact him to have him come back out....He either never returned any messages and when we did finally get in touch with him, he would say he would be out and would never show up. There were always excuses as to why he couldn't be there when he said he would be. Finally my husband dug up the yard himself to find the source of our standing water and found that it was a leak in our sprinkler system pipe underground. Pretty basic for anyone that had wanted to find our problem and fix it. All the things we paid Mike to do for us were unnecessary and of course did nothing to fix the problem. He took our money and we got nothing for it. I let him know that we found the problem and what it was and he still never responded back. Unbelievable the lack of professionalism and customer service! Truly unbelievable. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We now are paying someone else to fix this for us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do not be fooled by Mike, the owner. He seems kind and professional, but he is a liar. I am a recent college grad who works extremely hard for every penny I make. I paid in full in cash to fix my sprinkler system in addition to planting over a $1000.00 worth of plants. The sprinkler ran all night, which was one of the original problems he was suppose to fix. I called him right away and he said he would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I called at least 15 times and left messages. He would randomly keep my hopes up by saying here would be there the next day. He never came. Everyone should know NOT to use this company. The owner is a liar that obviously takes advantage of his customers. Save yourself the headache and lost money and go with someone else.

DO NOT USE! I was trying to hold off on writing a review until I was sure they were't coming back. But as it's been months now, I'm quite sure they think finished with a job well done, which couldn't be further from the truth. Here are some of the issues I had; 1.) Shoddy workmanship. The flagstone patio with concrete he poured has already started to crack. I understand a certain ground movement, but the cracks he "claims" to fix, and the steps he made are all cracked months after the work was complete. Speaking of complete... 2.) Didn't finish work. I still have a number of projects he said he fix, still left undone. The fire pit he was supposed to build is half built. He was supposed to redo my sprinkler system. He wired a new controller(completely wrong I might add), but didn't check any zones. So my front yard zones still don't work. I was supposed to have 11 flagstone steps. I got 6. 3.) Poor Communication. Mike the owner, has no problem glad handing, and being really personable when trying to get the work. I paid him half up front. After work started, when I had problems, I couldn't get ahold of him. After a couple weeks of me not being able to get ahold of him, he'd text and say he'd call me back. 2 days later, he said he's get a crew out to finish up. A week later they came out, did a little work on the fire pit, and left. That was the last I've seen of him. In conclusion, in you have the patience to wait for delay after delay, excuse after excuse, then by all means. I know all projects come when their own difficulties, but all these were a little much for me.
