Had a shower modified for wheelchair accessibility. One guy worked. One guy on his phone. Job was done a week late. Cut drain hole too big and filled it with thinset instead of fixing properly. Tiles caved in. Came back and did the same thing. Tiles caved in again. Ended up fixing it myself. I wouldn't let them build my dog a house.

Honestly these people were fantastic. Super helpful and super kind from the first call to the delivery. Can I give more than five stars? Would if I could.

Purchasd a lift chair, decided the next morning after it was delivered I would call and see what their return policy was. Talked with dan, owners son was very nice switched me over to Tom owners other son said sure you can return the chair with a 20 per cent restocking fee of $475.00. Had the chair a few hours. Never was several details on the chair mentioned to me as well as anything about any restocking fee and a floor model chair was delivered to me which was not covered in any paper, plastic or anything. How do I know how many sick people could have sat on that chair and played with the hand controller which that was in a baggy. Horrible customer service, sarcastic attitude once they have your money all they have to say is. Sorry. Attorney general and better business bureau needs to deal with them to protect consumers. Buyer beware of this company!!!
