POPE'S AIR

Popes Air is an honest and reliable company, and I highly recommend using them for any HVAC or plumbing needs. We woke up to no hot water in our house. The initial company that came out said we needed a brand new water heater (luckily, it was still under warranty) but they still were going to charge us $4,400 for their labor. It didnt seem right, so we had Popes Air come out to inspect everything. They came out in a timely manor, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the necessary parts for a reasonable cost. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the water heater tank in the first place, and was a relatively quick and much simpler fix. Thank you Pope Air!

Pope's Air did a very professional job in the repair of my HVAC. My technician Peter was friendly and very helpful in explaining everything to us. I am also happy we had a service agreement with Pope to get the best pricing available.

The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he got here he took care of business and asked if I had any questions. When I asked about my thermostat he educated me on not actually needing batteries and why (that extra blue wire). He worked very clean and efficiently and was very friendly. I am very happy with the service and the price of the annual agreement is hard to beat for the peace of mind I get by having them check my system before it gets to extreme temperatures.
