Sheraton Mahwah Hotel

The building looks really nice. My GPS got me there with minor issues. They have guest parking. I went to an event. I did not stay at the hotel. A friend of mine who attended the event stayed at the hotel to be closer to the event. She loved her room and the amenities. The staff were nice. They made sure I got to the right location of the event.

I actually love the location of this quaint older Sheraton. I am a happy Platinum Marriott Bonvoy card carrier and most of the employees are wonderful. The evening housekeeping go to man is so sweet and caring. He had to acquire 3 different sets of sheets when my roommate detected that the mattresses in 2 different rooms were URINE stained. YES, I SAID URINE STAINED WITH PICTURES TO PROOVE THIS DISGUSTING FINDING. My regional director actually stopped booking reservations at this particular Sheraton last year because of the rude and obnoxious evening front end manager; Jin for this very same reason. My regional director said that she made Jin; the terrible manager aware of the urine stains and her condescending reply was that my regional; a longstanding Platinum member could book a reservation at another property. I TOO WILL NOW TAKE THE RUDE MISS JINs solution because I choose not to pay to sleep on urine stained mattresses

Average hotel, windows cant be open and rooms close to elevators doesnt have that much space :( nothing close by in a walking distance, room doest get cleaned up every day
