Worked here for over 3 years (2017-2020). Hourly work force was hit or miss. Union was a pain in the butt and prevented a lot from getting done. My pears in Production Control were great. My first boss was great. After he left I had to interact with the plant manager more. Between him and my new boss, there was a lot of ethical issues going and career padding for the inevitable changes that were occurring around this time. Degraded, told to lie, told one thing in private and chastised in public for following that direction. Got laid off because of impact on aviation industry from COVID. Best thing that could of happened to me. I was not from this area and it was evident me and my family were not welcome in the community. I learned a lot about manufacturing and managing production however, which propelled me to my next role.

I comes here to get a load in 5:30am, first,guy who start to loading me clearly dont know what he doing and he was nervous because he have to do his job! and second he gives me wrong load so I had to stay and wait for 3h more!
