Had hail damage a few years ago. They billed the insurance company for an entire roof removal and replacement, pushed all these products like Ice shield and extras. Went on the roof to do my christmas lights this year and lo and behold, they only did an overlay (slapped new shingles on top of old roof). I guess thats why they wanted to do the work when I wasn't home. Heard of several other people getting scammed by these guys. I would bet their other construction is just as shady. I have consulted with Toubl Contracting on some large projects. Their crews were very organized and were always available to fix things if needed. They really try to bring their A game when it comes to storm damage. Toubl is an extremely knowledgeable & trustworthy restoration contractor!

Bait and Switch. Only interested in insurance money. Their team was prompt and quick, but left us with holes and gaps throughout and we have had animals in the attic since. Flying squirrels and bats have been a problem for over a year now. Additional animal control costs of over $5k due to lack of properly buttoning up the roof. Also had to fix my gutter screens myself even after previous request to do so. They were also asked to help with another project on my doors but never received return calls to complete project not tied to insurance money. If you don't have a claim don't expect a response. Don't expect any followup when the workers come and go once the bill is paid.
