Affordable price, peaceful community, kids/pets friendly, and wonderful staff in the office- Taiesha! I've been living here for almost a year. She's super patient and helpful from the day I first time reached out to her to the day I moved out. She's professional and caring. Taiesha raises this apartment by one star.

Edit- was great under the old management. Katz basically cut every corner they could and ran it into the ground as they lost anyone that cared about the place. Great place, friendly and professional staff, and updates and repairs happen quickly and are done well. Good location as well.

The management here is crazy. They never solve your problem, but always lie to you. Dont move in. Its a bad choice. Living here makes your life a disaster.

Repeating the other recent reviews, the previous managers were amazing, but then the property got sold to Katz and is now quickly going downhill. I spent the last 2 months trying to get them to issue my deposit refund. I was literally 1 day away from filing in court when they realized I hadn't renewed my lease and they needed to refund my deposit. The lack of a valid lease did not prevent them from withdrawing rent, which I had to dispute with my bank. While I was still living there, they wouldn't reply to maintenance requests, they were frequently out of office during work hours, the halls were not kept clean, and the landscaping looked to be slowly getting overgrown. Despite all this, do not expect cheap rent, you'll be paying for living so close to Hilldale Mall even if the landlord can't do their job.
