I went on the web-site to check out sizes of storage units available and was able to book online, and quickly was able to secure a storage unit and began to move in. It is a convenient location. I appreciate the security at the facility. And would recommend to a friend looking for space.

Very convenient!! Used their website to book and pay for my unit up front! Was called back quickly stopped by and picked up the key and was on my way! All within a few hours Very nice people as well!

I've been a customer for almost 3 years, great experience through and through. Great customer service, pricing is good; the location is convenient.  The units are all nice and clean as well. I recently upgraded to a bigger unit, I planned to go elsewhere because they didn't have the size I needed. But then Mark reached out to me asking why I was switching companies, I explained the situation and he stayed in contact with me until we came to an agreement on another unit and now I'm moved into a bigger unit and a very satisfied customer. Thank you for all your help Mark.

Avoid this place like the plague. Flakey, rude customer service...that is if you can get in contact with anyone.

Absolutely, without a doubt the worst experience i've ever had dealing with ANY company ever. Rented a storage unit online (12) months. Paid up front for the first (2) months and deposit as required. i was told i have to come to the office within 48 hours to pick up the keys or my deposit and first months rent will be kept as they are non-refundable. i go IMMEDIATLY to the office (Wednesday at 3pm) and no one is at the office. No answer to my calls of calls back to message. Went back 8 am Thursday. Then 10 am , 12, pm, 2 pm and 4pm and no one was at the office again. Same deal with the phone calls. No calls no responses. Went today (Friday) at 8 am NO ONE. Went back at 11 nobody. No answers on the phone call, no responses to emails, no calls back. But they sure will take your money. See the photo provided, Does this look legit? trash can out front, carpet ripped up, osb subflooring exposed, a pile of picture frames laying on the ground. I see responses back from East Towne Storage to other reviews here. Note that the phone number that is provided goes to an automated response because this company is a sham. East Towne Storage = SCUM BAGS
