        They were punctual and friendly. Did not mind that our cats were around "helping" it took about an hour for the cleaning and inspection. They answered my questions, showed pictures and explained the inspection in a way I can understand. I would hire them again!

        The whole experience went so smooth. All the people involved very helpful and courteous. When we had the install, they were great around my dogs and cautious about them getting out. Our old fireplace had been completely destroyed by the previous owner, and they took it all in stride. We had looked at fireplaces a few years ago, but were so disappointed in the service and pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new fireplace!
