        I stopped by yesterday to shop for a new car radio. Salesperson was with customers and said it would "be a while." No greeting, no offer to help, just a blow off. Noone else was there to help, so I left. A lot of people refuse to do business with companies that do not treat them with respect and prompt service. I am one of them.

        Recently took my 2021 Lexus GX back to Radio Doctor as the V-Line I had them install quite working after 2.5 years. Eric took it upon himself to personally find out what happened, and worked directly with the V-Line company to troubleshoot and update the systems Firmware. Now it works beautifully again. Eric would not take any compensation for his time and effort even though my unit has been out of warranty for over a year. You simply can't buy better service and support then that. He's only concern what that I was happy! Thanks again Eric!

      I’m sorry that you had that bad experience. Like many businesses we’ve been a bit short handed, and I guess Jasen was feeling a bit overwhelmed. No excuse for not giving you a proper greeting and politely telling you he’d be with you when he could.
