        No greeting at the door and when we started looking around a man came over and just gave us a plastic container and said put all the eyeglasses you try on in this bin and then walked back to the front desk. We tried on a few pairs and left. We then went down the street and got amazing service at Target Optical and bought three sets of glasses. American Best do better. Good costumer service matters.

        The one on the West Side of Madison, 5 Stars for sure. The one on the East Side...0. don't go in there...you will get ignored. They will pretend you just didn't come in there twice in 10 minutes, and then stare at you, when they finally stop pretending they were working so hard at not working.

        I was promptly waited on and staff was greatly helpful. This place has great choices for frames and reasonable prices for the progressive lenses I need. Can't wait to receive the call that my glasses are in!
