Andy's Auto Body & Towing

After hitting a coyote on 203, Andy's had my car up put back together & running in less than 24 hours. The staff & Andy were friendly & made me laugh after being so shook up. The pricing couldn't be beat. I will use Andy's from now on.

Horrible. Seriously. Id recommend allowing a raccoon to tow your vehicle before this company. The driver took down a road sign on the sidewalk leaving and there were police present. Sad.

We called this place at 2pm. We were quoted 40 minutes for a tow and waited outside just for it to never show up. They never informed us that they couldnt make it, are running late nothing. This agitated me and I wanted some form of customer service. So I called the company, by this time its 6pm. I talk to the guy Andy i guess and he tells me he showed up AT 5 OCLOCK and waited 30 minutes for no one to come outside. Well duh its been 3 hours idiot. I asked why he simply didnt just call and notify us and told him thats bad business and his only response was go somewhere else if you dont like it and believe me, I will never use them again and everyone else I know will be made aware of the unprofessional behavior that goes on in this business.
