AVOID THIS COMPANY - GHOSTED US FOR OUR WEDDING! STILL WAITING ON OUR DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED. We booked a 20x40 tent, tables, and 85 chairs for a Saturday wedding. Strung us along on Friday and at 9pm, after our calls continuously went to voicemail, we realized we weren't going to get anything and had to figure out what to do THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR WEDDING. Joe ruined the day before, the day of (found a family friend who could get us a tent, etc on Saturday morning), and the day after for us and our families and in the end, destroyed months of planning and anticipation. We suspect he overbooked/double booked our tent but who knows or cares - Utterly unprofessional. I could go on and on but trust me, just don't book with Shoreline.

Unfortunately we would have liked to use this company for a wedding but after visiting the showroom and making an appointment for a tent measurement, there was zero communication back from them. Repeat emails and phone calls were not answered and a no show for the measurement appointment. ðŸ˜¢
