Slow and not very friendly. I had a very frustrating experience trying to switch insurance records. No help at all and dismissed my concerns. Terrible customer service.

First the the store clerk Nell is what she told me her name was (she wasn't wearing a name tag) called my coupons fraudulent I checked them all on the fraud website and showed her they were all valid. When I proved her wrong she goes to say her manger only accepts 1 coupon which rite aid coupon policy is 4. When I go to tell her this is wrong first you accuse me of fraud which by the way is a big accusation that I proved wrong. Then you turn down the coupons I just proved on the verfi website they were valid and showed her she gets rude and says she doesn't care. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and will NOT be returning. Her manger needs to train her in customer service and not treating customers like trash. I will be calling corporate this is just bad service at its finest.

Pharmacy tech was rude and not helpful at all. I will never step foot in this store again. Worst in-person customer service I have ever experienced.

Convenient location, but you're lucky if an employee is actually at the front when you want to check out. I've been here a few times and always have to wait a few minutes before anyone shows up.
