My dog was locked in a bathroom in my master bedroom because we had to leave to get him a new kennel. The delivery claimed that because of animals. My dog has never barked, so I don't see how this was an issue. I called the customer support and they said that they declined the delivery because they were afraid My dog was going to go through the locked front door. These people are lazy.

Lazy delivery guy. No thanks to their driver, several of my packages have been destroyed due to inclement weather or the victim of porch piracy. Further, your driver is destroying my porch railing by shoving packages through the rungs and stretching them out. Is this driver truly THAT lazy that they can't walk up 4-9 steps to make sure the package is on the porch??? I have a clearly marked mail drop box for this exact reason, to keep my packages out of sight and out of the weather. But your driver is too lazy to lift a lid and deposit the deliveries. If this continues I may have to seek outside assistance to mitigate this. Utterly ridiculous and I'm left with damaged documents, merchandise etc to be replaced all because your company wants to play the blame game.
