        Very unprofessional, part of my policy was cancelled and I was not notified until the dmv notified me months later and now I have to pay a fee because they failed to notify me of a policy change

        We joined them about 6 or so years ago and its been the best decision. Steve and his staff are kind, professional and great at what they do. Anna Gardner helped get us transferred over and bundled our Home and Auto insurance. We have. Changed vehicles several times, had a few claims (oops) and they have made it completely seamless. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a Insurance Broker who is Professional, Friendly, HONEST, come by and see Steve and Anna. You will not be disappointed. Renee
