I was pleasantly surprised when I called in and was able to get a next day appointment for a chimney inspection. Corey, the technician, called me the day of to let me know his eta which I appreciated. He was quick and thorough and offered my husband good information around options for our fireplace. I highly recommend them.

They did a fabulous job making our 1926 wood burning chimney operable! We are having them back to put an exhaust pipe in our other flue sometime soon when we can get on the schedule! Highly recommend.

I had a chimney cap replaced a little over a year ago from this company. I should have stopped them from installing it the second I saw the new cap. The original cap had an offset for the flue. The new one was centered. Somehow they messed up on the measurements. I pointed it out to the installers and they acted like it wasn't a problem. The installers ended up forcing the flue so far over to get it to fit that the tube no longer has clearance and rest against the wood frame inside the attic at an angle. To me this could be a potential fire hazard. The top where the exhaust comes out is crooked as well as a result. In addition, there have been multiple leaks ever since from the cap. They came out a couple times to address by applying more sealant around the top but it continues. The last time they came out they told me that the installation was done incorrectly and it would need to be redone, including a new cap with the correct offset. It's been over a month and I have not heard back from this company ever since and they will not answer or return my calls. Service: Rain cap installation
