I gave them 1 star because they're so good at taking your money. They very unhelpful, cold, indifferent and act like your invading there space if you go in the office. They need to be trained or replaced. Bad business ethics .

They need to be looked into! ASAP They need fire the management and get new staff to have better customer service! Who is the owner of the company!

Previous owners put in a work order to shut off water(no prob) The water had not been turned off yet. I went to Cedar Creek to put the water in my name. $175 just to put it in my name!!! I know there's a fee, but come on!! That's a bit much! I paid the fee and the lady told me the work order was already put in so they were still going to shut the water off that day and then turn it back on the next day for me!! Ridiculous!
