Dr. Heidi, Dr. Terry, Kathy, and all of the vet techs are more than amazing! I brought my new kitten in to see Terry and he was so thorough, explained everything to me, and didnt try to rush me. I did not leave with one worry! Heidi called me to talk to me about the stool sample after my visit and when I should neuter and she was so nice and informative! Not only are they caring, but their prices are fair and they dont try to convince you to make unnecessary purchases towards your pets health. Its so hard to find vets these days that are trustworthy and not just trying to take your money. These guys are a must if you love your pets!

Kathy and Dr. Terry are the two most wonderful people in my dogs life I cannot recommend them enough! I have referred all my close family and friends to bring their pets here. They are truly understanding, you can always call them for advice if you dont know if you should bring your pet in. They dont penny pinch you for unnecessary services. Dr. Terry removed a grass seed from my dogs ear without anesthesia and then gave me money for him remaining so calm! They took care of my friends dog for a full 15 years of life so I made sure they were the ones to take care of my Rusty too once I got a puppy. Thank you all the staff at Animal Surgery & Care Center for the last 6 years, there are not many like caring people like you!

We scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning with our dog. We left a message after hours asking to change the appointment time due to a scheduling conflict. They did change the appointment time to the next day. When we called to discuss some other options, the person who answered loudly sighed like she was irritated with our conversation so we said we would call back since we were bothering her. We received a call five minutes later and we could not answer. The office left a message saying that our appointments had been canceled and that we could find another veterinarian. I called back but had not heard the message yet. When I called back the first thing the person that answered said very nastily said was had I heard their message. I said no because I was driving and just decided to return the call. This was extremely petty to cancel our appointment due to expressing our displeasure at someone being rude on the phone. I understand it may been busy at the office, but I would have rather been put on hold instead of having someone sound irritated to talk to me. Then be petty by canceling our appointments. When I called back to speak to someone about what happened I explained what happened and was told be a second person that they did not want to hear me go on and one bad mouthing their coworker. All I did was very calmly explain what happened even apologizing throughout the conversation. Never in any interaction did we raise our voice or say anything crude. Even though we were treated rude I apologized throughout the conversation. All I wanted to do was get my dogs teeth take care of. Here in Seattle I have called around all the vets are booked weeks out, so I guess because of demand customer service goes out of the windows. i can understand if they saw us a couple of time and we behaved badly, but to cancel our first appointment due to expressing an opinion of how we were being treated was EXTREMELY petty. If you are a patient here make sure you kneel to the "Lords of the front office" to keep your appointments set. I guess I am not the only person to run against the Lords, here a quote from another review: The vet is very friendly but the assistant is rude and despot. :/ OMG I could have said it better!
