The staff at Cuffe-McGinn was very helpful. This was a very difficult time for us since it was an unexpected loss and our familys second major loss within eight months. The staff, especially Eric and Deanna, were all very compassionate and understanding. In just the eight months since the loss of my mother, they had improved on things that were already perfect just the way they were. They asked us many questions about our aunt (that was like a second mother to us) so they got to feel like they knew her very well. I didnt know where this information was going to come in handy initially, but once we arrived at my aunts wake, we saw exactly what they did with all of this information. We were given a large box for keepsakes and memories during our services planning, and they strategically arranged these items on tables at the wake so that people at the wake could see this personal information. Mourners at the week were given take-home remembrances of my aunt, which was a special touch that I did not know was going to happen. I would definitely refer to Cuffe McGinn as THE place to go when having to deal with a loss during a very difficult time. They are a very professional and caring group of people. As a lifetime Lynn resident, we have used Cuffe McGinn throughout our entire lives and we have seen their amazing work in action. They continue to make their company name very proud. Having two major losses in eight months was a very difficult time for us, but they made things so much easier for us.

The funeral home made the grieving process much easier for me because they really cared on how they can make the funeral as special as it can possibly be. I really appreciated Mark, he did so much to make sure everything was taken care of for me and Im very grateful for that. Also, Christina was also amazing at putting together the memorial piece for my mom. It was so creative and perfect, everyone loved it and it really captured my mom.

Just want to first by saying when I first called and they said that they would have someone get back to me and they called me back right away. And we spoke to a young gentleman by the name of Bobby he was very nice and polite.We set up a appointment to discuss the services and he went above and beyond to help us understand everything about the services.We would recommend any of our family and friends to use Cuffe-McGinn.
