Had a great experience here with a cleaning after not seeing a dentist for a few years. The staff was fine. The dentist that saw me was very chill. Didn't get his name. They did not try to upsell me anything. I personally have seen my friends get crazy upsell from dentists. I have used a spin brush for years and it's helped with my teeth immensely. Thank you to the staff here. That appointment was nerve wrecking and you made it a smooth process. Reading some of the comments here show how rude people have gotten during covid LOL. I will be back!

If you are thinking of leaving a negative review, please make sure that you mean the LYNDHURST Gentle Dental, who have had this name for 40 years. It's unfortunate that one of those giant, impersonal, profit motivated conglomerates can come along and use the same name as this caring, compassionate and professional dentist and his team.
From reading the negative reviews, it seems very clear that many of you have mistaken the two.
Dr. Ciani was kind enough to give me a second opinion when another dentist had attempted to scam me with unnecessary filling replacements and a deep tissue cleaning.
His receptionist is an absolute dear, warm and welcoming to everyone who came in while I was there. The hygienist was also very nice but I didn't have a cleaning so I'll have to report back on that. The appointment maker was also sweet.
Nothing to complain about!

If your looking for nasty support staff you come to the right place the ladies at the front desk and the ones who answer the phone are the queen of nasty seriously stay away from this dentist until he can get his house in order

I am so glad that I switched to this dentist. The dental hygienist and dentists are both super friendly. My husband and I both go there and we've had great experiences. I highly recommend them. Never a wait longer than 5-10 minutes and the office staff is great as well!
