      image They got my taxes wrong that I had to pay close to $300 plus $167 for tax software to redo them because they used tax information from 2022 for my 2023 taxes. They made me cry and said that I owed so much in taxes. When I did the taxes again, it said that I didn't owe that much compared to what they were telling me. I would NEVER use these people again. I have to now send out an amended tax form by mail which will cost me about $9.00 because these people messed up.
      They were rude to me when I was asking them questions because I am a single woman without any type of support and must always rely on herself for resources. AVOID at all costs.
