        I had an appointment with Dr Riley to go over my MRI. I had never been seen by him. I got there early and the young lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional. I got taken to the exam room by the doctors MA who also was friendly and professional. I have a severe back problem and the chairs were uncomfortable and I couldnt get on the internet. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, without being told the reason for the delay, I stepped out of the room and saw a group of doctors/staff talking in an alcove . I closed the door and was going to leave when the doctor came in. I added him about the wait and he gave a halfhearted apology. I have never had this problem here in the two years Ive been coming here. I will never be seen by Dr Riley again. Reading the reviews I see that this is not an uncommon event. Ironically, they want you there a half hour early and I received an email while I was there asking if I was there.
