This place is too legit. Leon helped run distraction so I could pick up my order for my girl, some other guy handed me my order so I could run out to my car, and when I walked back, my girl had no idea I ever walked away. From the initial visit with Leon, hit the text line, the rest of the team at the store... Don't sleep on these guys.

I first emailed this to customer service, and got no response. So I am now sharing this via review. My boyfriend and I visited your Timonium store on 3/16/24 hoping to look at engagement rings. This was our very first place we had looked so we had very high hopes. We were greeted by Anthony Siddiqui after waiting 15ish minutes, which was fine because it was busy. He showed us a few rings and we were talking about what I was looking for. I was hoping to find an oval diamond with a thin diamond band. He showed me a band and then said if we came in the back he could bring out some ovals so we could get a feel for what it would look like if we customized the ring. He brought out 3 different rings and I chose one to look at. We went over everything, size, clarity, color, etc. He then asked if there was anything else and I said that that was all for today, but he then said for me to go wait back on the floor while he spoke to my boyfriend. We were not planning on buying anything today, as we had told him it was just our first place looking. Anthony then proceeded to tell my boyfriend the cost of the diamond and my boyfriend kindly said multiple times that we are not looking to put a deposit down today. Anthony then said It is only 200$, you really dont have 200$ to do a down payment today? We have financing options. Luke, my boyfriend, said once again we are not looking to buy anything that day. Anthony then responded with Okay so I guess you just want me to screw off then?, which we found highly unprofessional and very rude considering this is a big moment as a couple. It somewhat ruined the experience because we had heard such good reviews about your store for so many years. We were very disappointed by this experience and would hope that another young couple will not have to go through this with their first look at engagement rings. This is a once in a lifetime moment, and feel that it was darkened by our experience at the store.
