A Plus Disposal Inc.

I just moved here from California. We bought a new home in Princeton. And was told it would have a trash can delivered on numerous occasions and finally on Saturday 14 it showed up. It was not a new can but the bottom was broken I can not use it. I called the office and they finally called me back. And I was told the the manager would call me at his convenience. I am not putting up with it I will be changing company’s as soon as I can.

They are very unprofessional and you can never get anyone on the phone. They didn't puck my trash up and promise to get it over the weekend and that didn't happen either.

Their driver, Darrell Miller, intentionally backed into my car, and now the company ignores my calls.

Have been with them for 4 years …. TIME TO GET A NEW service provider! I can completely understand issues come up , but to NOT communicate AT ALL is just getting OLD ! I pay faithfully for dependable service and that’s what I expect! They want their money ON TIME , they are nasty if not , and well THEY should be ON TIME as well !! Don’t bother with this company, I see them going out of biz before much longer at this rate !

If you are looking for reliable trash pickup, then get somebody else to do it. This company is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Some weeks they pickup your trash, some weeks they don't even though they are paid to pickup weekly. Do they give you a notice? Nope, you'll notice your trash is still piling up week after week. I own and operate several businesses, way more complex than trash pickup and these people are failing horribly. Oh and don't think about calling, you'll only get their voicemail. But they will call you back after you leave 5 messages over a span of 3 weeks.
