Nobody seems to know what they're doing here. It's a shame, we've been with T-Mobile for years and never had issues like recently when I opened a new line. They upgraded me without telling me it was a lease and I had to buyout, didn't tell me I couldn't transfer it to my new line and some of the reps there are rude and just don't want to be bothered by helping customers or new employees. I'll just go to the other location next time.

The manager Ben is awesome! He is very polite, knowledgable, and patient. Ben remembered my family and answered all of our questions. I recommend his service!
