A-Storage Place

Decided to rent a U-Haul from them and while the rental didn't work out, Michael is an amazing guy. He helped me out with my Jeeps trailer connection problems, getting into the fuse box with me and testing connections, calling local mechanics with me to get my problem resolved. I really appreciate this above and beyond customer service from him! It comforted me that someone was there for me during such a stressful situation. Not to mention he already had a friendly demeanor and seemingly a solid knowledge of how U-Haul system works or what to do in the case of something going wrong with the reservation. And Michael, if you are reading this, it was the computer reflash thing that did the trick. I ended up getting my Jeep back about 2 hours after I took it in and was able to get a trailer and get out of town. I really really do appreciate everything you did for me!

This is a super clean facility that I feel safe entering and exiting as well as storing valuables I own for my job. I really wanted to give it five stars however they lock the place at times other than the ones they advertise which has proven on multiple occasions to be quite frustrating.

Worker was 20 minutes late to open the location. When she did arrive she parked in the handcap space without a placard or stickers. Very unprofessional.
