Great American Cookies

I ordered at Father’s Day cookie cake and it looked like a 1 year old drew the picture! For a $40 cake I was expecting the same as the picture! Need to find people who know how to decorate!

Went to get a super cookie double Doozie. There was none made. They would not make us one. Not a bit friendly.

After ordering on doordash, I found that half of my order was missing upon arrival. After calling the establishment upwards of four times with no response, I took it upon myself to go out of my way to drive to the location which happened to be in the mall, and confront management. I was given the items I had paid for but no offer for a refund, store credit or extra items was made, even after asking. Additionally, there wasn’t even an attempt at an apology. Lastly, the cookies I received were sloppy, ugly and unrecognizable. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend visiting this location as it tarnishes the name of my childhood favorite cookie place. 0/10.
