Probably one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever experienced! Called & got a quote for a job where the technician refused to show up. Would not recommend.

I kept getting the voicemail when I called. I left messages, but no one ever contacted me. I ended up finding a different company.

Called about short in Electric breaker, and was told they needed to finish driving, and would call me back, with in 10 min. And no one ever even called back, so must not want much business...don't tell a potential customer in need that you will do something like call right back if you have no intentions of doing so...glad I didn't find out just how much they don't care about new customer here, on the job here, if they lie on the phone call about calling back...could have said we are to busy to take on any more, rather than untruths about calling back...even left them a second message to call back about an hour after they were supposed to call, and still no wanting to work on my issue, as non caring for others problems, which they are in business to service the need I called about...Customer beware!!! 6-19-21
