If you need fuel line for your ATV, they suggest you go to O'Reilly. Hate to think I would purchase an ATV from a dealer that doesn't carry simple service parts. Give them a 3 just because they suggested autoparts store?

Called at 5:30 on Friday afternoon. Parts advisor was beyond rude. I Needed a sprocket bolt set for my KTM450sx. Cant help you for a KTM. Japanese bike sprocket bolts are the same. Asked do you have ANY sprocket bolts rude reply again NO! Not only will I not step foot in this store to buy a part for my 2 Japanese MX Bikes now the the street bike upgrade is elsewhere now too. Thanks to that dude answering phones. Guess it was too close to quitting time on a Friday. Costs absolutely nothing to be polite and cordial. Sales team may be different but not willing to try. To bad for a Gastonia local to avoid a local store. So much for supporting local, hey I tried.

I will start by saying I trade motorcyclesat least once per year, but this is my first experience with this dealership. I found a bike I was interested in on their website, but the price wasn't listed. I used the "Click for Quote" option to request the pricing. I got a message from salesman Brad that I need to come in, because the inventory changes so fast they may not have it. I said no thank you, if you don't have the bike, please just let me know. He then calls me (I missed the call) asking about what kind of bikes I may be interested in. (Red flag #1) Since I was not interested in an obvious bait and switch (I had selected the bike I was interested in directly from their website), I messaged him after a couple of hours and expressed my disappointment that I couldn't get a price, and he informed me that he would have to "work on getting price for me" (red flag #2), as the asking price should be asking price, regardless who was asking. When I asked Brad about this, he said "Have a nice day sir" and and I never heard from him again. Too many questionable tactics here. I wanted nothing more than their asking price for the bike so I could determine whether to make the trip down to look at it, but apparently sometimes they are not willing to share,
