I had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam at another place that got cancelled by them on the day of the appointment (during a snowstorm). I had already waited 2 weeks for the eye exam appointment, so this put me back a month just to get to the exam, to say nothing of waiting for the frames/lenses to be shipped. I called Family Eyecare on a Friday morning, had the exam that same day and received my new glasses just a week and 3 days later, to my surprise and delight. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and so very helpful. I love this place!!!

Be verycareful dealing with this bait and sitch company. I booked a free phone consultation on Feb the 6th 2024 Then in March of 2024 I recied a bill for $45. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What kind of medical provider tells you somthing is free then tells you you owe them $45. What a dishonest medical povider. Stay far away and do not trust anything they tell you

My first time here and I felt comfortable right off the bat. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Atencio knew her stuff and was really helpful in explaining and showing me what was going on with my eye. After my exam, I looked at all the frames and packages they have, they have a great selection. I will make this place my go to for my eye exams and glasses.
