    I have an old all fridge and all freezer set. The freezer is working great, but the fridge side the compressor failed on. Rather than having to replace my set, Ben and Paul with Jim and Dave's were able to locate a factory part that fixed my unit. When it started making weird noises a couple weeks later, they came back out again at no cost right away and assured me that the noises were normal due to the age of the unit. Haven't had any issues since.

    Rarely do I give 5 stars, but JND earned it! Clayton spent a good time looking at my refrigerator testing every component trying to pinpoint the problem and he find it. That's service above and beyond and Clayton was just the nicest guy!

    Clayton quickly and expertly diagnosed my dryer problem. Repair time - start to finish was 30 minutes total! I highly recommend Jim & Dave's Appliance, as well as Clayton. Nice work!

    This is my second review for Jim and Daves Appliances. My previous review was from five years ago. Based upon this experience I called Jim and Dave to help me out again. A couple weeks ago both our electric and gas oven failed on the same day. Nik came out last week and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed to order a part for our gas oven, but he was able to repair the electric oven that day. The part for the gas oven came in twice as fast as promised, and today Nik finished installing the part. In both my experiences with Jim and Daves the technicians were prompt, friendly, and efficient. If you need assistance with a home appliance, I couldnt recommend Jim and Daves Appliances more highly. 2018 Review: I called Jim and Dave to service three appliances. Brad came out and took care of the issues with my dryer and washer in short order. He then delivered the bad news about our fridge. The compressor was out. The repair was going to be $700. He gave me a couple days to consider what I wanted to do. I gave him the go ahead to order the part. He did. He then came out a few days later to install the compressor. Shortly after he began work he came to me and asked, "How you would feel about saving some money?" He informed me that it looked like the compressor wasn't bad, but it appeared to be a switch which would cost $125 (not $700). Since this was Friday he wanted to let the fridge run through the weekend to make sure that the problem was indeed the switch (He didn't even charge me for this visit). He called Friday afternoon to see how the fridge was working and then followed up Monday morning as well. Turns out it was indeed the switch. Brad could've installed the compressor he ordered and I would've been none the wiser. Looking out for the customer this way and testing the switch on a lark turned out to be huge win for me! This kind of regard for the best interests of the customer as well as the timely follow up speaks volumes about Brad as a tech, and Jim and Dave's Appliances as an organization. What a great experience. Thank you.
