All the staff that I dealt with were so caring. Dr Hayward is the best dentist. So caring. I followed her from her last place of employment.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very organized with a welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend for your dental needs.

Advanced Dental Center on Preston Highway did a denture realignment for my husband. They requested $800 up front stating that it wasn't covered by my insurance. After researching through my insurance provider, it was in fact covered at 50%. We called the office to discuss this with them, and they said they didn't bill the insurance because "it's not typically covered." I made them bill the insurance and my portion was to only be $370, per my EOB. It took forever to get my money refunded, and even then they refused to refund all of my money back, saying that the EOB was "incorrect." After numerous calls to their office, speaking with billing and even their office manager Mark, being fed nothing but lies, I will not get the rest of my money back from them, nor will I ever go there or recommend anyone else go there. Please double check your bills and EOBs, they will steal your money and lie!!!!
