About as bad as they get with returning calls and correcting billing errors. Been trying to get answers since August 2020 to correct their billing. Lots of run around for 5 months so far, they know it's wrong but it's somebody else fault

CPA Lab is the worst! My family has had lab work with them numerous times, and they almost always send me an incorrect bill. If you get a bill from the provider without insurance information on it, you should reach out to the consumer to see if they have insurance to run, not just send them a bill for thousands of dollars for a simple blood test! CPA Lab will just send the bill on and not even notify you when something hasn't been run through insurance, so watch out for that. They have also coded labs wrong, so that I have to call back multiple times for them to fix it. And if recoding the lab fixes the issue so that you owe nothing, they won't send you any update despite previously telling you that you owe $3000, so you have to keep calling every week or two until you find out if it is fixed. I've given them feedback but they seem totally apathetic about working toward a better system for their patients. Avoid using them if at all possible!
