The phone rings and no one answers. If you leave a voice mail message no one ever calls back. I finally got a person after many weeks. She wasn’t interested in my problem. I needed help with accessing a skilled nursing facility for a loved one, a very complicated procedure. She wouldn’t talk to me about it. She sent me a list of nursing homes in the mail and told me to call each one and see if they take Medicaid, then she hung up. Not helpful. I can get a list of nursing homes from the internet.

Very bad services. They take too long to process. They keep changing case manager and they don’t send one every month. We just got cancelled from the paid services just because of their late response. I wish there was another agency that could help to a kid like mine. This is craziest angency ever happen to know. Very bad. If I could rate 0 then I would but here ain’t any option. 👎

Please beware! I am my Grandmother's Caregiver with this agency. * So this company allowed me to start working without having my background check back. * Allowed me to work 120 hours, (this is a months time of work) then returned my timesheet and said my background check did not come back. * Blamed it on an incomplete document, but they also never call for any reason to check to see if the document was received. * Then mentioned sending the document to my grandmother, which has received all other documents except this one. * So long story short, they said that I will not get paid for my 120 hours already worked. * The sad part is I spoke to the Case Worker during this time and she did not mention any documentation that I needed to resubmit. * If you can please use another agency, please avoid at all cost.
