Most the people there have been good however I have to say that the service manager has had the most Idgaf about you attitude I have ever seen in my lifetime. His attitude started from the time I walked into the service department. Simple questions such as how long til you look at? How long do you think to how long to get parts have all been met with I dont know and idc attitude. I had to order my own parts to get my mower which took two days btw otherwise my mower would still be in the shop 4 weeks later. Do yourself a favor and dont deal with Chad the service manager cause he dont care about what you need or even if you have a business to take care of with your equipment. In addition I have made two trips up there to get the part I supplied to get my mower running which was a bolt and Chad and the manager have said its not here nothing we can do. Funny the cub cadet dealer cant get part from cub cadet but the customer can order direct and have within 2 days. Again as I said the service manager has no intent on investigating or even trying to handle.
