    The Gutter Magician gutter system has been on my house for more than 15 years now and still does exactly what its supposed to do. Its pretty nice not having to worry about cleaning them out since they havent clogged once. They do a great job catching all the water too, I never see any leaking or over flowing even during a heavy rain! Not to mention, they look great! I would recommend this gutter system to anyone!

    From start to finish, the secretaries, sales team, installation team, and owner were professional, courteous, and made the entire process extremely easy. I was completely in the dark prior to , and the sales man was the most knowledgeable out of every estimate I had received. The price I was quoted was actually under most other companies, and after actually seeing the system in action, the quality is incomparable. thank you Gutter Magician.

    Gutter Magician is very responsive and are very passionate about their products and the services they offer. Adam and Doug were great to work with. The service men did a great job of cleaning up after the work was complete. I really like the quality of their materials and the fact that they are made in the USA and that the gutters are made onsite the day of the job.

    UPDATE: In the owner's response he say's "Not sure why the customer only wanted to do 2 of the 5 gutter runs". I too am not sure why anyone would say fix some of the areas the birds are getting into the soffit but not all of the areas the birds are getting into the soffit. The contract said both sides of the house, however I found out that did not include that side of the porch roof, even though the gutters were replaced on that side of the porch roof. He kept speculating that we wanted a half-done job to save money which was entirely untrue. If we wanted to save money, we would have gone with literally any other gutter company out there. This is the most expensive gutter company out there. The sales person will tell you that. We spent 8k for gutter and soffit repairs for a small Cape Cod. We did it because we are older and needed a reliable company. They only addressed part of the soffit problems we had. When I called about the problem with the birds getting into the soffits this was the reply Its as simple as this. If you want us to install those other parts of the house we can. But we are not coming out to do free work for you or service areas of your house because of wild life problems that has nothing to do with the scope of the work that we performed. I honestly cant believe this is even a conversation or you are being remotely serious

If I had the ability to send an attachment of this Contract and Completion Certificate I would. First of all, we installed an entire house full of gutters and downspouts and gutter protection hoods on top of the gutters. We also installed Siding/Trim(also known as fascia cover and soffit wrap on 2 of the 5 gutter runs. Not sure why the customer only wanted to do 2 of the 5 gutter runs with the Trim work but that is how the contract was written up. Its clearly states that we are ONLY installing 2 of the 5 gutter runs with TRIM work. That is what we charged this customer for and this is what they paid for. This work happened back in July of 2023. They signed the Completion Certificate(which I also could add as an attachment if I could) stating they were happy and satisfied with the work performed and they happily paid the balance. Cathy calls 4 days ago and says birds are nesting in one of her soffits. So I sent my service tech out to take a look at it. The birds are nesting in one the three Eaves/Soffits that we did not touch or perform any scope of work on. So I told her there the only way to fix this or prevent birds from nesting here is to have us install new Fascia Cover and Soffit Wrap on these other three areas. She lost her mind and says we should do these three areas for free and why didn't we do these areas in the first place. I said I have no idea maybe because you didn't want to spend the $ I guess. I said did you sign this contract stating that we aren't touching these areas she said yes but Isn't that convenient that the contract protects you on this matter. Lets put this in another context. This is like a homeowner buying and paying for new windows from a window company on the front of the house ONLY. Then 6 months later having a leak on a window in the back of the house. Then calling the window company out to look at a leak on the back of the house. The window company tells you well we did not install these windows they are original to the house. We can service it but we have to charge you a non warranty related service charge or we can replace the windows at this price. Then the homeowner loses their mind on the window company and says you should service these windows or replace these windows for free. Window company would laugh and say well that isn't going to happen. Then that homeowner puts a bad review on GOOGLE, BBB and ANGI on that innocent window company. It is customers like this that make me want to sell my business, cash out and do something else. Google won't let me add attachments. This can't be any more straight forward than how I just laid this out, especially after you see the contract and completion certificate.
